Here are some of the USPs of the new Hero Destini that could offer some serious challenges for Activa.

1 – Claimed fuel efficiency of 59 kmpl is among one of the best, the engine offered on the scooter is same as the ongoing model with 125cc displacement producing 9bhp and 10.4nm of torque.

2 – 12 inch wheels are offered on both the front and rear. Front features a 90/90 R12 wheel and on the rear we have a 100/90 R12 wider wheel which will offer more grip and better braking.

3 – Longer seat to offer more comfort for the riders.

4 – Destini offers segment first auto cancel turn indicators which turn off automatically once the turn is complete.

5 – Other features include, USB charging port, cubby pocket below USB port for phone charging, spacious legroom, smart connect features, disc brakes and a kickstart.

Hero will shortly announce the prices of this new scooter and it will go head to head will well established competitors like Activa, Jupiter and Access. With a lot of USPs up it’s bag Hero Destini could be a serious threat to all of it’s competitors.
